All alcohol orders are dispatched via 2nd Class Signed For within 48 hours. A signature and age verification are required upon delivery.
To ensure safe transit, each bottle is securely packaged in a protective inflatable sleeve and placed inside an air-shock cardboard box, clearly marked with Fragile Glassware stickers.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during delivery, please provide photographic evidence of the outer box, the protective packaging, and the damaged product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
