Team
Pull up a sandbag and we’ll tell you how this all started.

We’re a father-and-son team from St. Helens, both veterans of
The Royal Tank Regiment, meaning we’ve spent a fair few years rumbling around in noisy metal beasts and drinking terrible tea. Somewhere along the way, we decided life was missing something a little smoother.
That’s how Hell Bess Whisky was born an idea brewed between Father and Son who wanted to make a whisky that didn’t feel like it was punishing you for drinking it. Something smooth, rich, and easy to enjoy after a long day’s graft.
Then we got carried away (as we normally do), along came our Gin, Spiced Rum, and Vodka. Each one made with the same goal in mind: good taste, good company, and a good cause.
See, we’re proud of where we’re from. St. Helens isn’t just a dot on the map, it’s a town built on graft, grit, a wicked sense of humour. So every bottle of Hell Bess carries a bit of that pride. Look closely at the label and you’ll spot little clues to our past, nods to our service, our regiment, and to the town that raised us.
And because we believe in giving back, a share of what we do supports veterans, the emergency services, and the local community through
No Duff UK CIC (11999994)
So when you pour a glass of Hell Bess, you’re not just having a drink, you’re raising a toast to St. Helens, to service, and to the people who keep going no matter what.
Smooth spirits. Honest roots. A story in every sip.
It maybe distilled, blended and bottled in Scotland but its heart and soul is in St.Helens
